A carjacking incident in one part of Lackawanna County ended in the arrests of two people. It happened last night around 7pm in the area of Marion Street and Capouse Avenue Scranton's Green Ridge section. According to investigators the victim was approached by a person wearing a mask, holding a gun and demanding the car keys. The victim complied. The person and another got into the vehicle and drove off. The vehicle was tracked to Monroe County were the pair were taken into custody. No other information has yet been released.
