From the NWS Binghamton's Winter Storm Warning for Susquehanna and Wayne County:

WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and some light mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. This will bring storm totals to between 5 to 10 inches.

* WHERE...In New York, Broome, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. In Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne and Susquehanna Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow continues through the morning hours, then quickly tapers off to drizzle and higher elevation freezing drizzle this afternoon.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow tapers off to light mixed precipitation or drizzle by early afternoon.
