Cleveland is planning to restart its recycling program in March of this year.
Plans are in the works for a recycling guide for households across the city, as well as stickers for the blue bins that spell out what can and can’t be recycled.

At this time, approximately 27,000 households have signed up; 18% of the approximately 150,000 households the Division of Waste Collection handles.
