Someone Stole His Scooter

Now who would do this? Someone who doesn't know what they stole and doesn't know how to start it that's who. Certainly not someone who knows what it is & who it belongs to, too. HERE is the description of it and the story from Fox 8. Plus there's a winter weather advisory starting tomorrow so it's not like you're gonna be riding it anytime soon. You have a great day & thanks for stopping by.
