“For those struggling with social anxiety or feeling out of place, I just want to say that I hear you,” she captioned an Instagram reel, sharing her collaboration with wellness platform Mindset. “I’ve experienced so much hate and scrutiny for my anxiety, and I hope that talking about my experiences through my Mindset series makes you feel less alone”

The singer’s collaboration with Mindest launched last month, with a 10-part series. Mindset collaborates with several artists to normalize the conversation of human experiences including mental health journeys. The app is available in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
