BLOOMFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Bloomfield police say they have two individuals as persons of interest in a shooting incident that occurred Sunday, December 29 in the Copaco Shopping Plaza parking lot.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department Detective Unit, 23-year-old Jorge Rodriguez-Dones and 29-year-old Ninoshka Rivera are the persons of interest in the shooting.
Police say the investigation not only led them to the two persons of interest but to identifying the suspect vehicle as well.
The suspect vehicle, according to police, is a gray 2019 Toyota Corolla with a New York registration OF JBY2352.
The incident took place at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in front of the plaza's Stop & Shop on Cottage Grove Road.
