MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Middletown's Local 1073 Firefighters went to Laurel Grove Road around 8 p.m. Wednesday night for a fire that was consuming an abandoned pool.
The blaze at the closed Middlesex Pool Tennis Club was reportedly a 2nd alarm fire.
There is no official word on cause.
The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
