NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - New Haven police say a 29-year-old city man is dead after he was shot on Quinnipiac Avenue Sunday night.
Arriving officers found a large gathering of people in a parking lot and located the victim, Robert Lee Joines of New Haven, in a vehicle shortly after 10 p.m., said police. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
