MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Manchester police say a pedestrian has life-threatening head injuries after apparently being hit by a vehicle.
Officers were called to the area of Parker Street and Utopia Road shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday to find the victim. The victim was unconscious, said police. The individual was first taken to Manchester Memorial Hospital and then to Hartford Hospital, said police.
The offending vehicle left the scene prior to police arrival, authorities said.
