HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police are investigating a late Monday night collision between a motorcycle and scooter in the area of New Park Avenue and Merrill Street.
Officials say the 17-year-old operator of the scooter is in serious condition.
It is not clear if the motorcyclist remained on scene.
Police reported the crash around 11:30 p.m.
