(Waterbury,Conn./WTIC) - Waterbury Police have made a second arrest in the shooting death of a woman earlier this month.48 year old Howard Jefferson of Bridgeport is charged with felony murder and conspiracy at felony murder.
58 year old Denise Rogers-Rollins was found December 7 in a Wall Street apartment with a gunshot wound to the torso.She was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
Last week 26 year old Shavonnah Draper, also of Bridgeport, was arrested on similar charges.
Jefferson is being held on $1 million bond for a Friday court appearance.
Police say their investigation is continuing.
