South Windsor, Ct. - WTIC 1080 News - South Windsor Police investigators have made an arrest stemming from a January 2019 motor vehicle theft. Jose Nunez-Torres of Hartford was determined to have been involved in a vehicle theft from Boardwalk Auto Sales on Sullivan Avenue. He was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Trespass in the Third degree and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny in the First degree. Nunez-Torres was held on $50,000.00 surety bond and was in court June 7th.
