Waterbury, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A city man has been arrested for a homicide last Thursday, Waterbury Police said.
Police responded to Willow Street just after midnight, finding a man who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The man has been identified William Beltran, 18, from Waterbury.
Police applied for an arrest warrant and arrested Frankie DeJesus of Waterbury.
He faces charges including murder, drugs, weapons and reckless endangerment and will be arraigned today.
