HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) – State Environmental Officials are re-issuing an alcohol ban at nine recreation areas across Connecticut.
They cite recent summers that have brought out bigger crowds and more alcohol consumption, leading to property damage and other problems.
The ban runs through mid-November at locations, including Quaddick State Park in Thompson, Gardner Lake State Park in Salem, and Naugatuck State Forest.
