TOLLAND, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a deadly crash that happened Monday on I-84 Eastbound in Tolland.
Troopers responded to the area of I-84 Eastbound near Exit 69 - South River Road, where investigators say Robert Bickford, 68, of Ashford, lost control of the 2000 Honda Civic DX he was driving around 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
