
Norwich, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Norwich, police continue to investigate a theft at an ATM machine Sunday.
Just before 9:00 a.m., officers responded to Eastern Savings Bank at 666 West Main Street.
They say the drive-thru ATM was damaged.
Detectives say the ATM was breached and a "large sum of currency" was stolen.
It appeared as if several people used a pickup truck and tools to pry the machine open and steal the contents, police said.
