SHELTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection does not have an update on the five-year-old boy who went into the water at Indian Well State Park and ended up being hospitalized with critical injuries.
The boy had fallen into the water from the boat launch Tuesday afternoon.
An ENcon officer pulled the boy out of the water. He was unconscious.
The boy was placed on life support at a local hospital.
Local fire officials heard word the boy was showing signs of improvement but the DEEP does not have any updates to provide as of noon Wednesday.
