BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Bridgeport man is being charged in connection with child exploitation offenses in Norwich.
Police say Onai Kedar Wilbur Wright, 25, allegedly engaged in sexually explicit activity with a 16-year-old girl, which the FBI’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force in Cleveland, Ohio monitored on a video stream.
Analysis of mobile communications and geo-location data, and information from AirBnB, led investigators to a residence located in Norwich, Connecticut, where they took Wright into custody.
Wright is charged with sexual exploitation of children and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. All charges combined, he faces up to life in prison.
