WESTPORT, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Westport Police say they've arrested a Bridgeport woman in connection with Israel-Hamas war-related vandalism found in town Thursday.
A woman reported to police on Thursday evening that someone had inked the words "Save Gaza" into the crosswalk in the area of Post Road East and Main Street.
Police say the suspect, Katerina Hosiotis, of Bridgeport, turned herself in Friday morning on a misdemeanor summons for criminal mischief.
She's due in Stamford Superior Court on June 20.
Temporary repairs have been made.
