(WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police are investigating a double shooting in the city's south end.
Police responded to ShotSpotter notification that numerous rounds had been fired in the 360 block of Franklin Avenue.
Investigators believe that a man in his 20's who tried to drive away from the scene crashed in the nearby 390 block of Franklin Avenue, where he was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, a male in his twenties, was listed in critical condition at an area hospital.
While officers were investigating, another area hospital reported a 19-year-old male victim arrived to seek treatment of a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
It was determined that the second victim was also shot during the incident on Franklin Avenue.
