Glastonbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - A former Glastonbury police officer has been extradited back to Connecticut from New Jersey to face charges he misused law enforcement computers.
Patrick Hemingway, 37, is facing charges of computer crimes and making a false statement.
Hemingway was in court Friday and is being held on $1 million bond.
State Police say Hemingway's arrest stems from alleged misuse of the Connecticut On-Line Law Enforcement Communications Teleprocessing or COLLECT system.
Members of the CSP Western District Major Crime Squad traveled to New Jersey to pick up Hemingway, who was being held there as a fugitive from justice.
Specific details about the case haven't been released as state police say the warrant has been sealed.
