HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police are investigating the homicide of a young city resident.
Police say Christian Feliciano, 20, was shot while coming out of a barbershop at 271 Franklin Avenue.
Life saving measures were unsuccessful and the victim was pronounced deceased on scene, according to police.
The preliminary investigation, so far, suggests shots were fired from a moving car, in ambush style.
It's believed the suspect and shooter knew each other.
