Hartford Police are investigating a homicide that happened early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to ShotSpotter notifications that at least five shots were fired around 1:41 a.m.
A concerned citizen also called Police to report the shooting.
Responding officers found a man, later identified as Alfredo Cuellar, 43, of Hartford, suffering from gunshot wounds in the street.
He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
