EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - State police are seeking witnesses to a deadly vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash Monday night in East Hartford.
Arlena Clark, 33, of Hartford was pronounced dead after she was hit by a car in the eastbound lanes shortly before 8 p.m., said police. The crash occurred near Exit 59.
The driver remained at the scene and was not injured, said authorities.
Anyone who witnessed the crash, or who has video footage of it, is asked to contact State Police Troop H at 860-534-1098.
