NEW HAVEN, CONN. (WTIC Radio)-Police have made an arrest in an April double homicide.
Marquis Darnell McNeil, 40, and Jonathan Garcia, 28, were shot sitting inside a car in the Winthrop Avenue and Goffe Street area April first.
McNeil died at the scene. Garcia died later at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Cadell Harris, 39, is charged with two counts of murder.
His bond is five million dollars.
Garcia's mother, Jessica Alvarez, said she received "the worst phone call of her life that day..it still haunts me to this day.. I've been frozen in a state of shock ever since."
