Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police are investigating the city's latest homicide.
Late Monday night, police were dispatched to the area of Brook and Winter Streets after receiving a notification of shots fired.
When they arrived, they found two victims outside 13 Winter Street.
One victim, 23-year-old Brian Evans of Hartford, was unresponsive.
He later died at an area hospital.
The other victim, a man in his 30s, was also rushed to the hospital where he remains in stable condition.
It was while police processed that scene that they found out a third victim had arrived the hospital with gunshot wounds.
That person is in critical condition.
Anyone with any information on the shootings is asked to get in touch with Hartford Police.
