MERIDEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ U.S. Marshals and authorities in Puerto Rico have arrested a man wanted in a homicide in Meriden.
Meriden police suspect Davis Omar Roman Villanueva, 32, in the shooting death of Casey Schoonover on October 4.
Investigators tracked Villanueva to Puerto Rico, where U.S. Marshals and police in Puerto Rico took him into custody.
Meriden police say Villanueva will be charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm. Bond has been set at $2,000,000.
Arrangements to extradite Villanueva to Connecticut have not been made.
