(WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary at the Middlefield Fire Department.
The suspect is seen on security footage as entering an apparatus bay at the town's Fire Department on Christmas Day last year.
The man--wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, a hat, blue jeans, and work boots--is then seen going through a side door.
At that time, the suspect briefly walks out of view before returning into the view of the security cameras and walking out the same access door.
Further investigation discovered that two lime-green Motorola portable radios were stolen from the fire department.
The words "Middlefield Fire" are etched into the front of those radios.
