Milford police say a New Haven man turned himself in Thursday after being part of a large street take over this summer.
Kendall Rose, 31, faces charges of reckless driving, improper signal, failure to drive right, driving on the sidewalk, and operating without a license plate.
Police say Rose was on a dirt bike on July 8th around 7 pm along with about 300 other dirt bikes, ATV's and motorcycles driving on Route 1 near the I-95 north entrance and exit ramps.
Police say Rose was weaving in and out of traffic, driving in the breakdown lanes, and changing lanes without signaling.
They say Rose drove onto the median strip separating the I-95 entrance and exit ramps, before driving on the sidewalk near the Athenian Diner.
Rose posted a $5000 bond, and is due in Milford Superior Court November 9th.
