NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police say a man struck while walking on I-91 in North Haven has died.
Troopers say a 2020 Ford Explorer Limited, driven by a Stamford man, struck Arthur Taylor, 53, of New Haven, around 9:15 p.m. Monday as he walked in the travel lanes of I-91 Northbound near Exit 9.
Taylor was projected north into the grass center median, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
