BOLTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police arrest a Newington woman wanted in Colorado after they found her sleeping in a vehicle parked at a commuter lot in Bolton.

Troopers went over to check on any possible passengers in the vehicle when they saw it parked in the southeast corner of the lot along Route 44 in Bolton. It had a sunshade affixed to the windshield and blankets covering each passenger window.

A woman inside the vehicle, identified as Cynthia Conant, 26, of Newington, responded to troopers who said she had been sleeping in the parked vehicle since around 8 p.m. on Saturday night.

Conant's information indicated she was wanted for an arrest in the State of Colorado for failure to appear with an underlying intimidation charge.

Bond has been set at $500,000.

Conant will be extradited to Colorado to face the charges against her.
