Norwalk Police released information concerning an alleged voyeurism incident that happened at the South Norwalk Train Station on Tuesday.
Police say a woman was walking up a staircase when she turned to retrieve her purse and saw an unknown man walking beside her, who she says was recording a video while holding a cellphone beneath her dress.
The woman told police that, when she confronted the man, he immediately fled the area.
