Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - The state inspector general's office has issued a report on the death of a woman who was being held in the Hartford detention center last year.

The report states that on April 7th Linda Praylow, 49, was found unresponsive in her cell at around 3:00 a.m.

She was later pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital.

Praylow was arrested two days before.

She told a booking officer that she had previously used fentanyl.

The report states Praylow has experienced detoxification symptoms April 6th and April 7th.

One of her cellmates told authorities that Praylow was vomiting and experienceing diarrhea.

The report also says Praylow told authorities she didn't want to go back to the the hospital

The autopsy showed Praylow used fentanyl while incarcerated before she collapsed.

The OIG's report states that while officers should have been more attentive and more diligent in monitoring Praylow, her death was not attributed to any physical force or criminal action and that no further action will be taken.
