Greenwich wants to get rid of the itch.

They've had it with the itch they're picking up from their exclusive, fenced off beaches --
the ones that you plop your near naked self onto only if you are a verified resident.
They keep most of us out. But they have not been able to keep the snails away from their hoidy toidy beaches.

along Greenwich's chic stretches of sand. So far it's only Greenwich, making the place even more exclusive.
