LISBON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a deadly and fiery Monday night crash in Lisbon.
Troopers responded to the area of I-395 Northbound in Lisbon around 10:19 p.m. Monday where a 2000 Dodge RAM Wagon B3500 went off the side of the highway, struck the Preston Alley Road Overpass, and burst into flames.
Police say they found the passenger in the vehicle, identified as Anjelly Berrios, 33, of Plainfield, dead at the scene.
The driver is seriously hurt and is receiving medical care at Backus Hospital in Norwich.
