There are some more water woes for Waterbury.
The City is responding to a break in a 42'' water transmission line in Thomaston. The break is just over the Waterbury city line and falls under control and maintenance of the Waterbury water system.
The break is approximately 50' north of the section of pipe in the same water line that burst and was subsequently repaired and returned to service on April 24.
Disruptions in service are expected to be minimal at this time.
This is the latest break in a series of water failures that have impacted Waterbury in the last year.
