Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - A child who fell from the window of a Hartford apartment over the weekend has died.
The two-year-old tumbled out a third-floor window on Saturday on Capitol Avenue.
The little boy and four other children were not supervised at the time, police said.
The boy's mother, 34-year-old Tabitha Frank, is facing mulitple counts of risk of injury to a child.
The children were placed in the custody of the state Department of Children and Families.
The investigation is continuing.
