WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - West Hartford's town officials are warning residents about some changes to the garbage pickup schedule.
Due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 2, 2024, the following collections will be one day late after the holiday: Trash, “A” week recycle, “A” week yard waste, bulky waste, and metal collections.
Monday’s collection area will be done on Tuesday, and Tuesday’s collection area will be done on Wednesday. Each remaining day for the week of September 2 will be one day later. Friday's area will be picked up on Saturday, September 7.
