WEST HARTFORD, CONN (WTIC Radio)-A West Hartford woman faces charges for yelling anti-Semitic remarks in the parking lot of the Jewish Community Center on Bloomfield Avenue in West Hartford.

West Hartford police said the incident occurred Thursday afternoon at 2:30. They said Beth Rosenberg, 42, yelled the anti Semitic and racist remarks in the parking lot and inside the building. She was located in a moving vehicle on two different occasions. Police eventually found her in the parking lot of the United Methodist Church on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford around 5:14 PM. Additional police officers responded, she was forcibly removed from her vehicle and taken into custody.


Rosenberg faces various charges including breach of peace, criminal trespass and intimidation by bias or bigotry. She was later transported to an area hospital. Rosenberg had previously been issued a criminal trespass for the Jewish Community Center property, subsequent to this arrest.
