Yale New Haven Hospital Data Breach

Apologies forthcoming from Yale New Haven Hospital after it says it accidentally plastered information on patients onto the internet. The hospital says what doctors did to the patients and identity of the patients were all made accessible over the web. That, it says, is no longer the case.
