(New Haven, Conn./WTIC) - New Haven police say they're investigating the shooting death of a teenager Wednesday night.
Detectives were called to an area of Chatham Street, between Rowe and Ferry Streets just before 11:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found the 14-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was rushed to Yale New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There's no word yet on a motive for the shooting.
