(Manchester, Conn./WTIC) - State police are looking for the driver of a vehicle suspected of hitting a woman on Interstate 384 overnight in Manchester.
They say they began receiving 911 calls around midnight into the Troop H barracks in Hartford reporting the victim lying in the travel portion of the interstate eastbound near exit 4.
Troopers found 22-year-old Milena Vickers of Columbia suffering from serious traumatic injuries they say were consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
She was rushed to Hartford Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
Troopers are looking for a gray 2006-2011 Honda Civic that may have damage to the right side hubcaps and is missing the right side mirror.
