Jerry and C-Lo opened Friday’s show reacting to a lifeless Jets loss on Thursday night, and Jerry is running out of words to make sense of what has happened to a once promising season.

“I don’t even know what to say about this team anymore,” Jerry said. “There are so many issues here to talk about…you’ve got Joe Flacco out there embarrassing you in the first half. He threw for almost 300 yards in the first half alone! It’s just another one of these - if you’re a Jet fan - you wasted three hours of your life.”

There wasn’t much intrigue for Jets fans heading into the game, but the bulk of the conversation around the 37-20 loss occurred afterward, when a terse Robert Saleh asked if he should “throw the podium on the floor” when asked about his lack of emotion on the sideline during another frustrating defeat.

Jerry says that lack of expression is certainly notable, and it doesn’t give off a good look when his team is being throttled and sent to another season of double-digit losses.

“It’s almost like he has taken on this CEO role, that he’s trying to play the part of a calm, good demeanor of a head coach and the moment isn’t too big,” Jerry said. “But you know what? We want to see that…give me a pulse. Give me something.

“Last night, as you’re getting your assed kicked again…I think that’s a great question. It’s born out of the way the fans are thinking…You gotta show something.”
