TROY, Mich. (WWJ) -- An Oakland County massage parlor is in trouble after a prostitution bust last week.
Troy police say officers were conducting a routine license inspection at Asian Spring Massage -- located near the intersection of Long Lake and Dequindre Roads -- around 3 p.m. on July 19 when they discovered a 30-year-old Troy woman performing a lewd act on a 68-year-old man from Macomb.
Both the masseuse and the customer were charged with prostitution, according to Troy police.
Another masseuse, a 53-year-old Troy woman was found to be performing a massage on a customer without a proper license. She was issued a city ordinance violation.
The owner of the business, a 51-year-old woman, also from Troy, was issued a city ordinance violation for allowing an unlicensed subject to perform a massage. It was unclear whether the owner would receive punishment related to the prostitution charges.
