CHESTERFIELD TWP., Mich. (WWJ) -- A search is underway for a bank robbery suspect.

Chesterfield Police were called to the scene of a robbery at the Chase Bank at 23 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue in Chesterfield Township around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

Police released a surveillance photo of a white male who they say produced a note to a teller and demanded an unknown amount of money. No weapon was produced, but he was given money and he got away.

Police say no one inside the bank was injured.
