Police say the gunman entered the location and fired several shots, striking both victims. Both were taken to the hospital and last reported in critical condition.
The gunman, described as a black male in his mid-twenties, 5'11" tall with a dark complexion and medium build, fled the scene on foot.
After an image of the suspect was published in various news sources, police say a man turned himself in at the Eighth Precinct around 10 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to the Detroit Detention Center to be interviewed.
