LODI TWP. (WWJ) - A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash at a roundabout in Washtenaw County's Lodi Township, southwest of Ann Arbor.
According to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office, it appears no other vehicles were involved in the accident a little before noon on Tuesday, at Textile and Ann Arbor-Saline Roads.
Deputies and Huron Valley Ambulance responded to the scene, where motorcycle rider was declared dead.
According to investigators, it appears the motorcycle driver ran off the road at the roundabout and crashed. It's unclear why at this time.
No one else was injured.
The name of the person who died has not yet been released as authorities continue to investigate the incident.
