DETROIT (WWJ) - It's time to make your voices heard: Tuesday is Election Day across metro Detroit.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, for voters to cast ballots in the presidential primary and local primary races.

The Democratic candidates include former Vice President Joe Biden, U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont and U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, while the Republican candidates are President Donald Trump and former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld. Fourteen other names are on the ballot, but those candidates have dropped out of the race.
While presidential candidates top the ballot in communities across Michigan on this primary day, various proposals are also seeking votes across Metro Detroit.
The only tri-county issue is a renewal of the Detroit Institute of Arts millage.
In Macomb County, voters will consider an operating millage for all its school districts through a proposal from the MISD. Center Line has a public safety millage and Clinton Township voters will decide the fate and number of marijuana businesses.
