(WWJ) Which intersections around metro Detroit are the most dangerous?
According to the Michigan State Police's 2019 statistics, the absolute worst is the busy roundabout at 18 1/2 Mile Rd. and Van Dyke Ave., which saw a 62% increase in car crashes year-over-year, going from 141 in 2018 to 229 in 2019. That one is followed by not too far behind by Schoolcraft at Telegraph in Redford Township, and Orchard Lake at 14 Mile in the Farmington Hills-West Bloomfield area.

Looking at the stats from MSP, the state saw a slight decrease in injuries from car crashes when comparing a full year of 2019 traffic accident reports to 2018.
