DEARBORN HEIGHTS (WWJ) — One person is dead and two others are injured following a crash in Dearborn Heights, according to police,
It happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Van Born and Gulley roads. Police said a tow truck was traveling westbound on Van Born when it collided with a vehicle turning onto Gulley.
The 31-year-old tow truck driver, from Detroit, was hospitalized with injuries.
The 24-year-old man driving the other vehicle suffered minor injuries, police said. His passenger, a 27-year-old woman, died from her injuries at a local hospital. Both are from Ohio.
The investigation is ongoing.
